    Ledin Gray HQ processes online purchases via dropshipment for all of our supporting brands, helping deliver each and every purchase to most corners of the world.

    There, you can purchase as many items as you please with us online, however, the shipping will be processed by brands individually and shipped accordingly. All details captured in your final invoice.

    The majority of our brands offer FREE Shipping worldwide, however we do ensure some flat rate domestic and international pricing for a select few. This will be tallied in your cart upon checking out! Via dropshipping, items may arrive together and some a few days following depending on location and or address.

    You may think what a hassle, you’ll be pleasantly surprised, if it’s multiple items purchased, that’s multiple gifts on different days to your door, now that’s a little more special.

    Flat Rates

    Shipping within Australia

    All domestic orders will be charged a flat rate of AUD $10.

    Orders will usually be dispatched on the same day payment has cleared our account.

    Delivery takes up to 4 days from date of payment being received into our account, however most orders are received within 2 days.

    Residential and PO Boxes will be shipped via an Australia Post service and proof of delivery is available.

    Shipping Outside Australia

    Most international destinations at a flat rate of AUD $30.

    Orders will usually be dispatched on the same day payment has cleared our account.

    Delivery takes between 10 and 12 working days from the date payment is received into our account.

    Shipping is via Australia Post Registered International.

    Within Australia, we use Fastway Couriers or Auspost Eparcel and shipping is provided free of charge.

    Returns Policy by brand


    You have the right to return undamaged and unused products that are purchased on TRIWA.COM. Notification about this shall be done immediately upon reception of the product or latest 14 days after reception. The notification shall be done to info@triwa.com, please attach your order number when contacting us.
     The message shall contain the following information: a) order number b) payment confirmation c) title of the product you wish to return.

    The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package. You are not obligated to do this but it is something that we strongly recommend. Return the product together with a printed copy of the payment confirmation together with the TRIWA RETURN FORM where you have filled out the reason for return and other required information. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to TRIWA.COM. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted. The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.

    For damaged or faulty products that are covered by Warranty, please contact info@triwa.com for instructions on how to return the products and fill out the TRIWA REPAIR FORM.

    Products not covered by warranty cannot be returned to TRIWA.

    These recommendations do not represent an obligation for effectively exercising the right to cancel.


    Warranty for TRIWA products is 2 years from purchase date, 1 year if bought before SS14 collection. Please note that the warranty does not cover the life of the battery, normal wear and tear of case, glass or strap. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by TRIWA. It does not cover screws on sunglasses or scratching from normal use etc on sunglass lens, frame or temples. Replacements due to faulty water resistance is not covered if the crown is not completely closed when the watch is in contact with water.

    Please save the printed order confirmation. This order confirmation is your warranty. For all other inquiries concerning shipment, returns, etc, please contact us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of sending back the product to TRIWA.

    Please note that we only stock spare parts for products that are in the current collection of the season.

     Status Anxiety

    Should you wish to return your purchase for refund or exchange just send it back to us within 60 days of purchase, in it's original condition, you will need to visit Status Anxiety via www.statusanxiety.com.au and fill out a form.

    Once a return for refund has been received the cold hard cash will be refunded to your Credit Card or PayPal account within 3-5 business days of the item being received by Status Anxiety (probably even sooner).


    In the case of an exchange, the cost to ship the new/replacement item out to you is the same as per our regular shipping structure and is dependant on where you call home (free within Australia*).

    Regarding returns/exchanges- please note the below for your customers reference, we will do the below to keep things simple and clear:

    • We do not offer returns/exchanges for change of mind.
    • Faulty goods will be assessed and dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
    • If you have any questions about returns or faulty items please feel free to contact us.

    What is your refund policy?

    Please send us an email us if you're not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days you received your goods.

    The return shipping cost is paid by the customer, and we will post you the new item via registered airmail. This will take 7 - 14 working days.


    All of Squarestreet's products have been worn and road-tested by our own quality control team to ensure that they can withstand the most trying environmental conditions. However, in the off-chance that something does break please do let us know about it via e-mail or simply give us a call.
