Dropshipping is a commonly used business tool to make sure your order
reaches you. It works by brand, so purchasing multiple brands in the one
order just means the items will arrive separately. You can view all the
details on timing by each brand and additional shipping charges on our shipping page.
Unfortunately at this stage, we only offer dropshipping of items
ordered. Some brands may arrive together and others either side of this.
However, we can have your orders delivered to multiple or one single
location. Just be sure to note this in your order.
Shipping time varies by brand, some items can reach you within 1-2 days,
some taking up to 5-7 depending on location. You can see just how long
items will take to reach you by heading to our shipping page.
Depending on brands and location of your order, some items will ship
free and other items will incur a small fee upon your total cart. Majority of our brands ship for free, however some incur a $30 international fee and $10 for those based in Australia and New Zealand. This
is clearly outlined in your total at checkout.
You certainly can have multiple locations on your shipment. Just note,
some brands may work a little closer than others and ship to one
location. However, there is a notes section upon confirming your order
with us, feel free to provide information on where you would like
particular items to arrive and we will do our best to make it happen!

depending on the items lost, with contact details for you to get
directly in touch.
Unfortunately due to the number of exciting brands and locations we work
with currently, items ordered will arrive individually dependant on
brand or item ordered. We like to take time and effort in each package
for you, the bonus? You get more
than just one present arriving to your location!
Some items may require you to be present upon delivery, however the
majority should be ok to be left on premises pending your confirmation
to do so. This can be provided in ‘notes or requests’ in your cart prior
to confirming your order with us.
